Heavy Duty Edge Banding Machine
The traditional edge banding was a manual process requiring ordinary carpentry tools and materials.
In modern applications, we are using a heavy-duty type machine and also a glue boiler to process the edging.
The glue boiler will be switched on for 2 hours before production starts, in order to melt the glue at more than 100C, so that it can be boiled and attached to the edging perfectly.
This important step is the key point that helps us avoid gaps or lines in our edge banding.
Using high-end heavy-duty machinery that helps us ensure that all our materials are cut accurately without any unevenness!
